Course Description
The Fundamentals of Engineering Review course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from August 30, 2010 – October 13, 2010. Classes will meet from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Course content includes: FE Exam Overview and orientation; Engineering Mathematics; Chemistry; Statics/Dynamics; Strength of Materials; Thermodynamics/Heat Transfer; Engineering Economics/Ethics; Electrical Circuits/Computers; Materials Science; Linear Control Theory; Fluid Mechanics; and AC Power/DC Power. Registration Fee: CES members $475; Nonmembers $525 If you are not a current CES member, join at the time of registration and receive the member rate for the course. All fees must be paid before classes begin. Registration deadline is August 23, 2010. Textbook: FE Review Manual (FERM2), 2nd Edition, Michael R. Lindeburg, PE, 2006, ISBN: 978-1-59126-072-1 CES is a PPI Educational Partner. Students receive a 15% discount by purchasing books from PPI.
