2008 Membership Categories

An individual, company or organization involved in conducting business or education in the fields of engineering, science and technology may join the Cleveland Engineering Society. Rights and privileges are based on the category and level of membership. A review of membership benefits can assist you in choosing the appropriate membership for you or your company.

Five types of individual membership are available:

INDIVIDUAL


ACTIVE

Active membership in CES is the basic membership for engineering, technical and business professionals interested in professional development and career advancement.

Annual dues are $150.

EXECUTIVE OR SUSTAINING

Individuals wishing to invest in the profession and the community with additional financial support to CES may elect to extend the basic active membership as an executive or sustaining member.

Annual Sustaining member dues are $235 and annual executive member dues are $290.

SENIOR

Senior membership allows retired professionals age 60 or older the chance to participate in CES programs and stay abreast of technology trends.

Annual dues are $55.

STUDENT

Candidates who are enrolled as full time students and who are under the age of 30 may join as a student member. A person may continue but may not join as a student member for a period of one full year after graduation.

Annual dues are $25.

The Cleveland Engineering Society is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization - your membership contribution is tax deductible.
