Dr. Rubén Del Rosario is the Director of the Center for Advanced Air Mobility and a Professor at Kent State University's College of Aeronautics and Engineering. He joined Kent State after a distinguished 29-year career at NASA's John H. Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where he last served as Director of Aeronautics. Following his tenure at NASA, Dr. Del Rosario was Vice President of Aerospace and Advanced Transportation at Crown Consulting, Inc. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez. In his current role, Dr. Del Rosario leads the Center for Advanced Air Mobility, focusing on providing students with hands-on, real-world experience in preparation for the future of aviation and advanced air mobility.
