Dennis Kramer
A Cleveland native who has contributed to airport-based projects throughout the eastern U.S., Dennis D. Kramer joined the Department of Port Control in February 2020, bringing many years of engineering and construction experience. As Assistant Director, Airport Development, Mr. Kramer is responsible for all aspects of airport strategy, planning, engineering/construction, environmental compliance/sustainability, and the upcoming Terminal Modernization Development Program for both Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport.
Mr. Kramer's experience goes beyond aviation to include highways, buildings, wastewater treatment plants, and other large industrial facilities. Mr. Kramer earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Toledo and his M.B.A. from Cleveland State University, and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Ohio. Passionate about serving the Northeast Ohio community, Mr. Kramer resides with his family in Avon, Ohio, where he is an elected member of the Avon Local Schools Board of Education.
