James Kusner, P.E., PTOE serves as the Traffic Safety Engineer in ODOT’s District 12’s Planning Department. In this role Jim oversees safety studies, HSIP funding applications, access management reviews, and serves as the chair of the District 12 Safety Review Team.  Jim has over 30 years of engineering experience and prior to starting with ODOT, he worked for local governments at the City and County level.
