Baldwin Wallace University appointed Dr. Stuart Mendel an Affiliate Professor of Non-Profit Management and Project Director for Technology Partnership Initiative in 2022. The duties involve government relations for Public Private Partnership infrastructure for new aeronautics industry economic development for Cuyahoga County. The first project is the Flight Information Data Exchange or NEOFIX.
