Travis Rhoades

Mr. Rhoades is the Transportation Practice Lead for CEC’s Toledo office, bringing over 23 years of experience in transportation engineering. His career highlights include contributions to major projects like the the US 24 "Fort to Port" project and the SR 64 Maumee River Crossing in Waterville, OH. He specializes in the design, analysis, and inspection of bridges and highway structures. After earning his Professional Engineer license in 2008, he briefly explored landfill engineering before returning to his passion for roadways and bridges. A dedicated professional, he serves on state and national boards within the NSPE federation, advocating for ethics and the value of licensure. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife Elizabeth, attending Broadway musicals, exploring history, and collecting board games.
