Timothy Offtermatt - Construction Project Executive

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

“Matching Capital Realities with Today's Construction Needs”

Tim was born and raised in Cleveland. He has a Masters degree in Economics from Cleveland State University in 1984. He was the City of Cleveland budget co-budget director from 1986-1987; Investment banker for multiple firms 1987-1991; Between 1994-2017 he did work specializing in economic development, major infrastructure, stadiums and convention centers. He ran a Public Finance Investment Banking 2003-2007 at super-regional firm based in St. Louis (AG Edwards); Midwest banking director (15 states) for Wells Fargo 2007-2009. Tim was CFO of Gateway Economic Development Corporation 1992-1994. He retired from banking in 2018 and was CFO of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame until retired from that position in 2022 to run the expansion and renovation project for the Rock Hall.

Sheldon Wray is the Director of Business Development for the Equipment Business Unit responsible for leading the strategic design, development, and deployment of Lincoln Electric welding equipment and software solutions. A careerlong industrial manufacturing and construction professional, Sheldon has held roles across the industry leading global projects and teams and currently serves as a board member of multiple organizations. Sheldon holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University of Pomona in Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology, is a current Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator, and earned his Master’s of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
